On the menu

• Caponata with labneh and lavash
• Baby marrow and feta phyllo crinkle tart
• Baked trout with chilli-lime honey marinade
• Lamb koftas with lime yoghurt
• Grilled chicken skewers with hummus
• Marinated pepper salad with capers, basil and pecorino
• Green harissa bulgur wheat salad with roasted veggies

Once the demonstration is done, we pull up our chairs and enjoy the spectacular feast together.
